Before joining Privatal, Jessie served as Head of People & Operations at a leading legal recruitment firm, where she led cross-functional initiatives spanning talent acquisition, performance management, workflow redesign, and digital transformation. With a BA in History from the London School of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Law, Jessie combines analytical rigour with practical execution.
