JP has more than 15 years as CFO and Managing Director, working in Private Equity. He’s worked with large-cap houses like EQT, Triton, and Investcorp and mid-cap PE houses like Mindful Capital Partners, Beyond Capital Partners, and AUCTUS.

After his master’s from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, JP started at the Otto Group in Hamburg. After a 13-year corporate career, he entered the private equity world at Time Partner, a personnel service provider.

JP has experience across the full PE-cycle and has covered CFO topics, such as KPI reporting, M&A, post-merger integration, Due Diligence, Exit, financing, restructuring, and building excellent finance teams.
