EMH Partners backed Cleverbridge provides a leading e-commerce technology for subscription management, billing, and invoicing to globally operating software companies. Since 2005, cleverbridge has grown consistently to become a leading global player. Its innovative platform technology allows clients to optimise their CLV through higher checkout conversion rates, lower churn, and higher AOVs.
Requirement
As a primary acquisition, the finance function wasn't up to private equity standards. EMH were looking for a permanent CFO to lead the growth of the business. While the perm. search was ongoing, Cleverbridge needed an interim to build up the finance function while bridging the gap.
Solution
Our proprietary tool suggested that EMH may need strong software interims; so after introducing a CFO-profile, we were asked to help with the interim search.
Result
One week after starting on the interim search, our CFO signed the contract. He was later extended.
