He’s been supporting Private Equity Houses and their Portfolio Companies with Transformation Executives and project support for several years at a BENELUX and UK Private Equity Recruitment Agency. Focussed on Value Creation, Transformation, Turnarounds and Carve-outs. 

 

Lorenzo’s network, in-depth understanding of Private Equity Value Creation and Portfolio Company nuances has made him a trusted partner to both Large-cap and Mid-cap PE investors, Operating Partners, CEO’s and CFO’s. 

 

He now leads the Transformation team at Privatal, continuing to support his clients with complex Value Creation Projects and bridging the gap between Business-Critical situations and Best-in-Class talent.
