Before joining Privatal, Shashwat worked in M&A Advisory at Trillium Partners, a boutique TMT advisory firm, located in London where he worked on multiple buy-side deals.

He then moved to Shawpoint, a mid-market, sector agnostic, London based M&A firm where he worked on 3 live sell-side deals in healthcare, mining and tech. During his time in London's M&A scene, he worked with clients all across Europe, building an impressive network.

 

After completing his undergraduate/bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Shashwat graduated with a master’s degree from Bayes Business School, London where he studied Banking & International Finance.

 

Shashwat now leverages his capacious network to partner with PE Investors to fill portfolio M&A Integration positions.
